Detoxification

Detoxification is helpful for most people. Sometimes during the detox process, you may feel worse as toxins are eliminated. But the end result will be a brighter outlook, more energy, and an increased ability to resist stress and illness. Ask for an individual recommendation to help you get started. The following ideas and links describe methods commonly used and often effective in getting toxins out the body:

Baking soda baths

Baking soda baths are often good once a week, or every other week. Twenty minutes before the bath, take a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of pure water (flavored with fruit juice concentrate and stevia, if desired). Take 8 tablets of chlorella along with the baking soda solution. Basic formula for the bath is 2 pounds of baking soda in a tub of warm water and soak for one hour. You may substitute Celtic sea salt or epsom salts for some of the baking soda if you desire a more mild detoxification. Halfway through your bath, take 2 capsules of activated charcoal. Don’t rinse off after the bath, but towel off and let the residual baking soda be absorbed over the hours following the bath.

Neti pot

It is often good to use the neti pot daily, especially if you have sinus problems. http://www.himalayaninstitute.org/products-publications/neti-pot-products/why-a-nasal-wash/

Coffee enema
A coffee enema is often helpful for liver congestion. Once a month, once a week, or even daily can be helpful for certain conditions. http://www.sawilsons.com/basicenema.htm
