At Healing Connections, we integrate multiple approaches to support holistic well-being, focusing on the mind, body, and energy. One of our core practices, Quantum Healing, draws on principles from modern physics and traditional healing arts. This approach emphasizes the interconnectedness of all things, acknowledging that shifts in one part of the universe can influence the whole. By working with consciousness, intention, and awareness, practitioners guide clients toward restoring balance and promoting natural healing.
Homeopathy is another modality we incorporate, using the subtle energy of natural substances to encourage the body’s innate ability to heal. Unlike conventional treatments, homeopathic remedies work through resonance to inspire positive changes on a fundamental level. Though not widely recognized by mainstream medicine, these methods have been used effectively for centuries as part of holistic care.
Addressing trauma is also central to our approach. Past experiences can leave lingering effects on both the mind and body, often influencing behaviors and emotional patterns without our awareness. Trauma can manifest as avoidance, anxiety, or even addictive behaviors, limiting the ability to fully engage in life. Through somatic techniques, therapeutic support, and energy-based methods, it is possible to release these patterns and restore a sense of safety, resilience, and freedom.
By combining these practices—energy work, homeopathy, trauma-informed techniques, and lifestyle guidance—Healing Connections provides a personalized path to wellness. Each client’s experience is unique, and our practitioners tailor support to meet individual needs, helping people achieve greater balance, clarity, and vitality on their healing journey.
FAQ’s
What is Quantum Healing?
Quantum Healing is a fusion of modern physics and the healing arts. Both fields recognize that “everything is connected” which means changes in one part of the universe are linked to everything else, even if no physical connection is obvious. Objects can be changed just by the act of observation. Max Planck (1858-1947) was a Nobel Prize-winning German physicist and the father of quantum theory. He wrote, “I regard consciousness as fundamental. I regard matter as derivative from consciousness. We cannot get behind consciousness. Everything that we talk about, everything that we regard as existing, postulates consciousness.” https://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Max_Planck For thousands of years, healers and shamans from many diverse cultures recognized that awareness and intention (consciousness) can have a powerful effect on our material world. The body and the mind are interconnected fields of energy that can be influenced by skillful practitioners, even at a distance. This provides a basis for understanding mind/body practices and energy healing. In combination with lifestyle changes it is possible to heal the body and the mind from the inside out. At Healing Connections, we do our best to incorporate this understanding into everything we do. What is Homeopathy?
Homeopathy was established in 1796 by the German physician Samuel Hahnemann. It is a system of healing that does not utilize chemistry, but instead relies on the subtle energy of various substances to make a remedy. It is not recognized as effective by mainstream medicine, but it has been used effectively by many practitioners for hundreds of years. The resonance of the remedy can inspire a fundamental change in the body. The following quote provides support for homeopathic practice: “Homeopaths may not yet adequately understand precisely how their medicines work, but the body of historical and present-day evidence and experience is simply too significant to ignore. The fact that so many highly respected people and cultural heroes over the past 200 years have used and advocated for homeopathy provides additional evidence for this medical system. Some of these cultural heroes include eleven U.S. Presidents, six popes, JD Rockefeller, Charles Darwin, Mother Teresa, Mahatma Gandhi, and scores of literary greats, corporate leaders, sports superstars, world-class musicians, and monarchs from virtually every European country.” https://danaullman.substack.com/p/the-case-for-homeopathic-medicine?utm_source=substack&utm=
Why is Trauma so Important?
Trauma is something that hurt you in the past. We may think that we are completely “over it”, but it often has lingering effects and we may not be aware of these residues. Even if you feel you have lived a charmed life with a happy childhood, you may be missing something. The human tendency is to try to forget or minimize things that have caused pain. We tell ourselves that it is in the past, but we are unaware of the fear that is under the surface because we do not want to be hurt again. We do not realize that our life is limited because we are avoiding situations that we unconsciously think may cause more pain. Or we may try to avoid being hurt by taking on some addictive behavior to distract us. Drugs, alcohol, or work can often be used to cover up something that we don’t want to remember. It is possible to fully process traumas from the past so that they don’t cause anxiety, depression, or addiction. Many of the techniques used by Somatic Experiencing practitioners can be helpful. Homeopathic remedies can also help. Talking with friends, family, or a therapist can help. But trauma is often lodged in the body and is hidden away where intellectual understanding cannot reach it. But there is hope, and with persistence, trauma can really be put in the past.
